Support

Winny is a small operation, so support is simple: one inbox, one person, no ticket numbers. Email support@getwinny.app and you'll usually hear back within a day or two.

Reporting a bug

The more we know, the faster we can fix it. If you can, include:

  • What you were doing when it happened.
  • What you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
  • The Winny version (scroll to the bottom of the app's settings).
  • A screenshot or screen recording if the bug is visual.

Common questions

I deleted the app and lost my wins. Can you restore them?

Sadly, no. Your wins live on your device, not on a server. There isn't a copy for us to send back. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or your computer, restoring from that backup will bring them with it.

Can I sync between devices?

Not yet. Winny is iPhone-only right now and stores everything locally. Sync is on the list, but we'd rather ship it well than ship it fast.

When is the Android version coming?

We're working on it. No date yet. Email us and we'll let you know when there's something to try.

I missed a day. Did I lose everything?

No. The streak counter resets, but every win you've logged is still in your history. That's the whole point. Today's a fresh start.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything goes with it.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles all App Store purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Tell us what's missing or what you wish worked differently. We read everything, and the roadmap is shaped by what people actually ask for. Even a one-line note helps.
